Work Bond Agreement

In order to fulfill the NBBSA Workbond Requirement, each NBBSA family is required to volunteer a total of 5 hours per child (10 hours for 2 or more children) to the league. 

Volunteer work can be performed as a team manager, assistant coach, team parent or snack shack volunteer. 

Additionally, all families are required to work one shift (2 for two or more children) at the Youth Sports Festival.  When the above requirements are met, your workbond check will be returned to you (or destroyed).
