Work Bond Agreement
Work Bond Agreement $150.00 Per Item
In order to fulfill the NBBSA Workbond Requirement, each NBBSA family is required to volunteer for one snack shift (two hours) and one Youth Sports Festival shift (three hours) per child. In lieu of a Snack Shack Shift, volunteers can opt to be a team parent or team coach. If selected, team parents and coaches are still required to work a Youth Sports Shift. In lieu of both a Snack Shack Shift and a Youth Sports Festival shift, volunteers can opt to be a Team Manager. Managers are selected by the Executive Board. If the above requirements are met, your workbond check will be returned and/or voided after the Youth Sports Festival. If you paid the workbond via credit card, you will be paid cash back after the Youth Sports Festival. This usually takes place at the end of the year picnic, around September.
